Check Drive Health

If a hard drive in your node fails, it needs to be replaced as soon as possible. Find out if any of the hard drives in your node need to be replaced.

Step by Step

  1. Go to the ‘System’ page of the web app as a ‘System Admin’.
  2. Click the name of the pool you would like to check. If the pool has a faulty drive, the drive will show up as FAULTED.
  3. An alarm automatically triggers when any drive has this status, so you shouldn’t need to contact support unless you’ve turned off proactive monitoring for security reasons. You should already have an on-site spare and once identified we will send a new spare.
