⚠️ WARNING
If you are deleting files/folders from the active spaces and you don't see an increase in available storage, it is because the files/folders are still stored in a snapshot. To free up space, you need to remove the snapshot that contains the data. However, please note that deleting the Snapshot will permanently erase the data and it cannot be recovered.

Step by Step
- Select Spaces from the menu bar.
- Go to Snapshots.
- From the 'Browsing' drop-down, select a Space. By default, it will show the current Space or a Space that contains a Snapshot. A Snapshot is necessary for the Space to appear in the drop-down.
- Click on 'Calculate Differences' to view the changes since the last Snapshot was created.
- Alternatively, you can click on the ‘Star in a Circle’ icon to perform the same action.
- This feature displays the file(s)/folder(s) in the Snapshot that have been modified compared to the current active storage.
- It shows file(s)/folder(s) that have been modified, deleted, or renamed. This feature is extremely useful for recovering accidentally deleted or ransomware-encrypted files, saving a significant amount of time.
- Click on the 'Reveal all items' target icon to display all files contained in the Snapshot.
- Click on the ‘...’ icon on a Snapshot to open the menu. Select 'Force Diffs Refresh'.
