Reactivate a User

Restore a user's access to the management interface and all spaces.

Step by Step

1. Go to the Team page of the web app as a ‘Team Leader’ or ‘System Admin’.

2. Click ‘Users’.

   

3. Click the icon next to ‘Search Users’ to reveal deactivated users. Note that deactivated users have a ’lock’ icon next to their usernames.

   

4. Select the deactivated user that you would like to reactivate.

   

5. Click ‘Reactivate User’.
