Pause and Resume Transfer(s)

You can pause and resume jobs from the ‘Transfers’ popup card.

Pause a Single Job

1. Click on ‘Folder’ icon in the top menu bar of the desktop app to open the Transfers popup card.
2. Click on the ‘Pause’ icon for a single job.
3. The job will be paused indefinitely and will be skipped in the queue until resumed.

Resume a Single Job

1. Click on ‘Folder’ icon in the top menu bar of the desktop app to open the Transfers popup card.
2. Click on the ‘Resume’ icon for a single paused job.

Pause All Jobs

1. Click on ‘Folder’ icon in the top menu bar of the desktop app to open the Transfers popup card.
2. Click on ‘Pause All’ at the top of the Transfers card.
3. All of the current jobs will be paused and skipped in the queue until resumed.

Resume All Jobs

1. Click on ‘Folder’ icon in the top menu bar of the desktop app to open the Transfers popup card.
2. Click on ‘Resume All’ at the top of the Transfers card.
3. All the paused jobs will be resumed.
