Connect a Workstation to a ZeroTier Network

Add a Workstation to a ZeroTier Network, so that it can connect to your creative.space node using that network.

Step by Step

Access the 'System' page of the web app as a 'System Admin'.
Scroll down and locate the network that the workstation will connect to the node through.
Click on the 'Email' icon.
Choose the user you wish to invite to the network.
Retrieve the 'ZeroTier Node ID' from the 'Settings' of the desktop app on the workstation you want to connect. Make sure both the ZeroTier and creative.space desktop apps are installed and running with administrator credentials.
Paste the 'ZeroTier Node ID' into the first field next to the user you want to invite.
Provide a clear connection name to easily identify the invited workstation and facilitate future disconnection if needed.
An email will be sent containing a .creative file. The recipient can drag and drop this file into the desktop app when adding a new node to automatically populate information.
The desktop app will utilize its administrator access to automate the process of joining the ZeroTier network.
