Create Tag Categories

Create categories that you can create tags within, which function like customer metadata properties with the tags as values.

Outside of a Section

1. Go to the Libraries tab of the Spaces page
2. Go to the ‘Library’ you want to create a ‘Tag Category’ within.
3. Click on the ‘+’ button in the top right of the left sidebar.
4. Select ‘New Category’.
5. A form will appear in the left sidebar for creating new ‘Tag Categories’.
6. Give your category a name and then click the ‘✓’ icon or press ‘Enter’ on your keyboard to create it.
7. The form will stay up until you click the ‘x’ button to close it, allowing you to rapidly create ‘Tag Categories’.
8. (Optional) Drag and drop the ‘Tag Category’ into a ‘Tag Section’ to further organize your tags into collapsible sections.

Within a Section

1. Go to the Libraries tab of the Spaces page
2. Go to the ‘Library’ you want to create a ‘Tag Category’ within.
3. Click on the ‘+’ button next in the top right of a ‘Tag Section’ in the left sidebar.
4. A form will appear within the ‘Tag Section’ for creating new ‘Tag Categories’.
5. Give your category a name and then click the ‘✓’ icon or press ‘Enter’ on your keyboard to create it.
6. The form will stay up until you click the ‘x’ button to close it, allowing you to rapidly create ‘Tag Categories’.
