Copy Link

Copy the link to a space, folder, or file in the web app for yourself or others to open.

Users need to have permission to access the item in order to resolve the link.

Right Click

1. Go to the Spaces page of the web app.
2. Navigate to the space, folder, or file you want to copy the link for.
3. Right click and select the ‘Copy Link’ action.
4. The link to that item in the web app will be copied to your clipboard.

Breadcrumbs

1. Go to the Spaces page of the web app.
2. Navigate to the space, folder, or file you want to copy the link for.
3. In the top menu bar, hover over the last item listed in the breadcrumbs to reveal a ‘Link’ icon.
4. Click on the ‘Link’ icon to copy the web app link to your clipboard.

Inspector

The Inspector is only available for files and RED clips.

1. Go to the Spaces page of the web app.
2. Navigate to the file or asset that you want to copy the link for.
3. Right click and select the ‘Copy Link’ action.
4. The link to that item in the web app will be copied to your clipboard.
