Configure a Static Route

Make a network port use a static route when connecting to specific destinations.

Step by Step

  1. Go to the ‘System’ page of the web app as a ‘System Admin’.
  2. Locate the ‘Network’ you want to configure a static route for and click the ‘Gear’ icon next to it.
  3. Turn off ‘Connect as DHCP’.
  4. Turn off ‘Configure network for local connections only’.
  5. Enter the ‘Gateway’ for the static route.
  6. Enter the subnet of the destination you would like to access in ‘DNS server’
  7. Click on ‘Save Network Configuration’ to create a static route.
