Batch Ingest from HyperDecks

Special FTP support streamlines ingest from multiple Blackmagic Design HyperDecks and/or ATEM Mini series live switchers, which include the same FTP server.

<aside> ℹ️ INFO Ingested clips are copied into a folder named after the prefixes in their file names.

Files from each HyperDeck are separated automatically within your chosen destination.

When transferring from multiple HyperDecks, only three HyperDecks are offloaded at a time. This process simply triggers all of the transfers to be queued together.

Step by Step

Select Spaces from the top menu bar.
Go to the Ingest tab.
Click on the 'Transfer' button in the ‘HyperDecks’ section.
Select one or multiple HyperDecks to copy from as sources, then click the 'Next' button.

The IP addresses and number of files are listed for each of the HyperDeck's storage slots.

Navigate your spaces and select a target destination to copy to, then click the 'Next' button.
Choose a 'Conflict Resolution' option, then click the 'Start Transfer' button.
