Go to the ‘Team’ page of the web app as a ‘Team Leader’ or ‘System Admin’.
Click on ‘Groups’ to select the group to which you would like to add the user.
Click on ‘Add User’ and select the user you would like to add.

Give a group access to a space. Then, add a user to the group, so it can share the group's access.
