Search

Find folders and files across spaces based on their name(s).

Step by Step

1. Click on the ‘Magnifying Glass’ icon to open the ‘Search’ modal.

2. Type to display items that contain the input text and click on one to navigate to its location.

   <aside> ℹ️ INFO This is a simple search, so the file name must exactly match the entered text.

3. (Optional) Use the drop-down menu to limit the search to specific spaces.

4. (Optional) You can manually update the database by clicking on the ‘Storage’ icon located on the far right of the modal. The search database is automatically updated every four hours. The system limits manual updates to once every 5 minutes.

5. Click on an item to go to it in Spaces.
