<div style="position: relative; padding-bottom: calc(56.84210526315789% + 41px); height: 0;"><iframe src="<https://demo.arcade.software/qaim5fwthixcqrDbVihL?embed>" title="Filter Assets in Library Using Tags" frameborder="0" loading="lazy" webkitallowfullscreen mozallowfullscreen allowfullscreen style="position: absolute; top: 0; left: 0; width: 100%; height: 100%;color-scheme: light;"></iframe></div>

<aside> 📢 TIP

Sometimes it’s faster to tag lots of assets with a high-level common tag, such as the ‘Production’ or ‘Project’ name. Then, you can go to ‘Libraries’ and filter based on file extensions or elements of your naming convention to select all items.

Step by Step

  1. Go to the Libraries tab of the Spaces page.
  2. Click on a tag in the left sidebar or in the ‘Tags’ tab of the Inspector to add or remove it to/from the current filter.
  3. Each tag filters the contents listed in the Viewport.
