Download a file of any size through your web browser.

Folder download is only supported in the desktop app.

Without the desktop app, you can use the ‘Zip’ action to generate a single file that you can download and then unzip to recreate the folder and its contents.

Right Click

1. Go to the Spaces page of the web app and navigate to a file within the Spaces, Ingest, Snapshots, or Libraries tab.
2. Right click on the item and choose ‘Download’.
3. The file will be downloaded to your browser’s default downloads folder.

Inspector

1. Go to the Spaces page of the web app and navigate to a file within the Spaces, Ingest, Snapshots, or Libraries tab.
2. Click on the file to open the inspector and click on the ‘Download’ icon.
3. The file will be downloaded to your browser’s default downloads folder.
